We invite you to participate in the proceedings of the 1st Interdisciplinary Cemetery Research Congress.
During the congress, several dozen scientific papers devoted to issues related to cemeteries will be presented. There will also be discussions and presentations. Among the planned events is a discussion panel entitled ACT ON CEMETERY AND BURYING THE DEAD – LEGAL ASPECTS AND ITS IMPORTANCE FOR THE PROTECTION OF CEMETERY, organized by the Institute of Art History of UKSW and the Institute of Legal Sciences of UKSW. As part of the congress, we also invite you to two exhibitions: The Fairytale Cemetery in Kiev prepared by the Polonika Institute and the Orthodox Cemetery in Stanisławów in Mazowsze in the photography of Jacek Łagowski prepared by the Kultura Action Fund.
